Gather your friends around for a day or afternoon to learn about therapies and techniques you can use yourself to improve your own wellbeing.    Below are a few suggestions of the self-treatments I can demonstrate.

Regular self-massage can help increase circulation, reduce stress, enhance flexibility, and alleviate minor aches and pains. It's a convenient and accessible way to take care of your body and promote self-care.

I can show you techniques to massage your hands, arms, shoulders, neck and head.

HAND & FOOT CARE

Pamper yourselves with foot soaks, exfoliation and massage lotion.   Work on yourself or your friends and learn how to really benefit from a simple routine you can incorporate into your own self-care routine.
