Facial Emotional Therapy
Facial Emotional Therapy is a gentle non-invasive treatment, designed specifically to work in sync with the nervous system, giving the opportunity to experience peace and rejuvenation through sensitive touch and soothing strokes over the meridian system. Working directly on the face, head, and neck accesses many of the significant energy points relating to the various systems of the body, clearing stress levels and emotional blockages allowing relaxation and clarity of mind to take place. The entire body experiences a sense of deep and profound state of relaxation, making you feel reenergised and leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Whilst the focus of this treatment concentrates on the meridian lines on the head, neck and shoulders, the whole body also benefits from an arm, leg and foot massage, finishing the session with a reflexology foot massage. This treatment merges techniques drawn from Meridian Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and Reiki.

Energy Healing Reiki & Crystal Therapy
Reiki is the vital life energy which flows through all living things and can be activated for the purpose of healing. Everyone has the ability to connect to their own healing energy and the Reiki energy is channelled to the patient via the therapist’s hands, activating the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki can promote healing on all levels; mind, body and spirit. It can assist in healing mental/emotional problems in a hands on treatment or distantly and can also help to overcome past and future issues. Letting go of emotional and mental pain frees us of any blockages preventing our natural energy flow.
Crystal healing is an energy-based system based on the belief that we are all made up of different energies and that when this becomes stagnant, unbalanced or blocked, it can cause illness. The premise is that crystals help unblock, balance and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body to heal in a therapeutic way.
Different types of crystals are thought to have different properties and energies. Just holding and being near these crystals is therefore thought to affect our own energies on a physical, spiritual and emotional level.
I can incorporate a crystal chakra balance into your reiki session for no extra cost.
Foot & Hand Care
You won't regret giving your hands and feet some special attention. Your feet and hands will both look and feel great, your stress will reduce and your circulation will be increased.
Skin Care
Your hands are more exposed to daily dirt and weather than any part of your body, except maybe your face. That means that they accumulate grime easily, as well as constantly create new skin cells. Your feet are generally only exposed in the spring and summer times, but walking on them all day can create callouses, dry skin and other uneven skin conditions.
A professional hand treatment includes a thorough cleaning and lotions designed to exfoliate your skin. Any grime will be removed, as will dead skin cells, keeping your hands smooth and reducing any appearance of wrinkles. A professional foot treatment will exfoliate your lower legs and feet, making your skin feel soft, smooth and invigorated. .
Improved Circulation
In addition to exfoliating, moisturizers are massaged into the skin with a professional massage to the lower arms and hands and lower legs and feet. This massage action is not only incredibly relaxing, it also smooths and softens the skin and helps to improve blood circulation to your extremities. This can reduce pain and stiffness and help your body distribute heat during cold months.
A hand treatment will involve soaking in a warm cleansing solution to relax, warm and soften the skin and cuticles, followed by exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and soften any callouses and finishing off with a thorough massage of the forearms and hands to relieve any tension, improve circulation, mobility and condition the skin.
A foot treatment will involve a lovely foot bath, exfoliation and massage of lower legs and feet to remove dead skin cells and moisturise and relax the feet.
As I am also a Reflexologist, I will cover a few reflex points during the treatment and advise on various reflex points you can use on yourself. These treatments can be taken on their own or added to a reflexology treatment at a reduced rate.
Wellness Days
Gather your friends around for a day or afternoon to learn about therapies and techniques you can use yourself to improve your own wellbeing.
I can come along and show you how to pamper yourself or your friends and family with therapeutic acupressure facials, facial and hand massages, hand reflexology, meditation and energy medicine etc. I will provide handouts and information that you can take away to use in future. I can adapt the day to suit your requirements, depending on numbers I may even be able to provide tasters of some of my therapies. A day rate will apply so the costs can be split between you.
