I am a Holistic Therapist, Massage Practitioner, Reflexologist and Reiki Master based in Lescure-Jaoul, Aveyron, South West France. I offer a variety of holistic massage and wellness treatments including a selection of Relaxing Facials, Hand and Foot treatments, Reiki and Crystal healing and Indian head massage. About me:
My name is Janet Whelan and I have been interested in holistic therapies and all forms of natural health for as long as I can remember. I began my formal training in 2003 with my Reiki Level 1 course. Since then I have completed all levels of Reiki up to Master/Teacher level and have gone on to study Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Auricular Thermal Therapy (ear candles) and Swedish body massage. I also offer a variety of Facial Massages and Reiki Energy Healing Treatments. I am currently developing an online wellness course and a selection of healing and self-care courses. I offer unique treatments to meet the needs of each client and all therapies complement each other. Therefore, if you wish, I can create a personalised therapy especially for you, incorporating one or more therapies. A full consultation will be carried out followed by a treatment based on your preferred therapy. For example, some Reflexology could be introduced into Foot and Hand treatments, or Reiki with an Indian Head massage, a popular combination is Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage followed by a Natural Lift Facial.
